The Sickle Cell Disease Foundation of California, the nations 1st and oldest
sickle cell disease social service agency, has proudly received the keys to a brand new
2001Toyota Sienna Mini Van, compliments of Toyota Motor Sales, USA.
The 44 year old non-profit organization is recognized as the nations premiere
sickle cell disease agency, and has had a close and long lasting relationship with Toyota.
The Sickle Cell Disease Foundation of Californias President & CEO Mary E.
Brown says, We are extremely fortunate and proud to have a company like Toyota
interested and supportive of what we, a small non-profit agency, are doing for an often
overlooked sickle cell disease community. We have been blessed with their generosity for
many years.
