Los Angeles ADULT SUPPORT GROUP

The Sickle Cell Adult Support Group's mission is to offer educational materials and wellness resources

to those adults with sickle cell disease manage their disease - to achieve the highest quality of life.

We are dedicated to bringing support to those who live with sickle cell disease.  We believe that support

is essential to the health and well being of anyone living 24/7 with sickle cell disease. 

Please join us at our next meeting.

Meetings are held at 7:00 pm on the first Thursday of each month at the

California Science Center - Wallis Annenberg Building

The California Science Center is located in historic Exposition Park, just two blocks west of the Harbor (110) Freeway at the

Exposition Boulevard exit.

Please notify the parking attendants that you are attending the sickle cell meeting for FREE parking.

The Adult Support Group is just one way to meet others with sickle cell disease, share your experience and

learn from others.  The Adult Group allows individuals with sickle cell disease the opportunity to share the

resources, successes, challenges and feelings that are unique to persons with sickle cell disease.

The Adult Support Group is FREE of charge.
